Yes and Yes: Yes, it could be your period. Yes, it could be your enlarged thyroid. And yes, you could be pregnant. 1. Take a pregnancy test, 2. Get your thyroid labs checked as hypothyroid and hyperthyroidism can cause abnormal periods, and 3. Keep a diary of your periods to take to your physician.
