Stage iv endo, pelvic adhesive disease and ors. gyn wants lupron, (leuprolide) im scared of side effects. i have fibromyalgia and don't want more pain, ideas?

Ovarian remnant: Lupron (leuprolide) will suppress endometriosis and the ovarian remnant but yes the side effects can be difficult to live with. You can do add-back therapy to help reduce the side effects. The add-back used is a Progesterone but some will add estrogen too if side effects are severe. You could try the 1 month injection dose with add-back and see how you do. I assume you have already tried birth control pills.
