Yes it can be: Yes white forelock or white hair along with two eyes with different colour, sensoryneural hearing loss, dystopia canthrum that is lateral displacement of inner canth and some other signs.

Maybe: Although part of the wardenburg syndrome complex, just the white forelock maybe genetic and benign. Sensory neural deafness would make me suspicious for wardenburgs.

Yes, but...: The vast majority of white-forelock folks don't have it. If your eyes are the same color and your hearing is as sharp as the next person's, you almost certainly don't have wwardenburg's.
