Many: There can be lens displacement, near sighted ness, retinal detachments ... Most do just fine!

Lens dislocation: The most common problem is that the lenses in the eyes are held in place by zonules. These are weakened by this syndrome and frequently the lenses can be come partially/totally dislocated causing blurred vision or other problems within the eyes. See an ophthalmologist.
