Dislocated Eye Lens: Ectopia Lentis can occur because of trauma or genetics (Marfans, Weil-Marchesani, Homocysteinuria) Full list at eyedoc2020.blogspot.com. If symptomatic & glasses no longer help, surgical removal and replacement with an artificial lens helps and restores lens to a proper place. See an experienced eyeMD for help.
