It depends: Depending on the cause these include reducing corticosteroid use if you are on long tern steroids, surgery if you have a tumor, radiation if the tumor can not be removed, and medication if surgery and radiation does not work. Ketoconazole (nizoral), Mitotane (lysodren) , Metyrapone (metopirone) Mifepristone (korlym) are some of the medications used.
