Depends: If you have had an inverted nipple your whole life, then the section is yours and is based upon appearance only. There is nothing medically wrong or dangerous in this situation. If the inverted nipple is something new, however, then you should see your doctor and get a mammogram because an inverted nipple can be a sign of a growing breast cancer.
