Depends: If there is a large separation in the wounds then you may need to have treated. If it is very minor then proper wound care such as cleansing with antibacterial soap and antibiotic ointment maybe enough! good luck!

Call your surgeon: I would call your surgeon and explain to them what you see, also a photo may be more helpful a smartphone can email a photo of the area to the doctors office.
