Repeat: Most times this is due to technical issues with the mammogram and a repeat can handle the problem. Occasionally, with very dense breasts, the images are not easily interpreted. In these cases, digital imaging can help and sometimes an MRI is necessary if there is some suspicion of a problem

It depends: It depends on what you mean by not clear. If the mammogram is blurry or suboptimal due to technical reasons, it can be repeated. If there is an abnormality that the mammo can't completely evaluate, additional imaging might include ultrasound or MRI, and possible biopsy if there is a suspicious finding.
