Unlikely: Bone cancer is exceedingly rare. Generally these symptoms are from musculoskeletal strain/sprain and possible nerve inflammation. That being said, you should be evaluated by a physician to that the problem can be formally evaluated, diagnosed and treated to help alleviate your symptoms.
