Non-aggr. is good !: Chondrosarcoma is cancer of the cartilage. Non-aggressive indicates that it is low grade. I suspect (and hope) that it is still localized. Surgery by an orthopedic oncologist in a referral center, if possible, is the way to go. These tumors are usually chemo-resistant. After surgery, if the margins of resection are not clear, radiation to the area could be used. Keep us informed. Thanks.

Expert: Glad you have a "non-aggressive" tumor. That said, sarcomas are not terribly common and in my practice i tend to refer patients like you to tertiary centers for their expertise. No offense to anyone is intended, i'm just saying that the person who manages you should be knowledgeable in this. Best to you.
