See below: It is certainly one manifestation of bone cancer but there are so many other diseases that can have this symptom as well, i.e. Autoimmune diseases such as ra, hyperparathyroidism, osteoarthritis, etc. Have an evaluation with your dr for further exam and get answers. Good luck.
