Yes: If the cause of the elevation of liver function tests is chronic, it would not be changed in a month. On the other hand, if it was an acute change, it may have resolved by now, or if serious, you would have been sicker by now. Nevertheless, if you had significant abnormalities in your liver tests, then you should definitely have it repeated to see if it is getting better or worse.
