Strange question: Lice do not cause lymphadenopathy by themselves. They may transmit organisms to their host which causes immune defense mechanisms to be activated. This may include enlarged lymph nodes, but generally not hard, immobile nodes. This needs to be carefully examined and perhaps biopsied.
