I had lice for a long time , and my lymph node on back right side of neck is enlarged , lice is removed but lymph node is still swollen , why?

Infection: Lymph nodes enlarge as your body tries to fight off infection. The nodes in your neck are probably enlarged in responce to any scratching or breaks in the skin you have on your scalp from the headlice itching. It will go away with time.

Inflammation: Lymph nodes are part of our immune system. They enlarge to keep infection or inflammation from spreading. If your lymph node is larger than a nickle for over 4 wks, then consult your md>.
