Proper nutrition: At 16 you are still doing some growing, proper nutrition is important for adolescents due to rapid body changes and growth. On the other hand, there are probably no magic foods that will make one grow tall enough to be a center for the boston celtics if your genetics were not programmed for that.

Depends: A balanced diet/proper sleep and exercise can sustain your best growth. However, some at 16 may have finished and diet/exercise/etc will not change that.A single x-ray of the wrist/hand can reveal the growth centers. If open, more growth is possible, if closed, it is finished.

Depends:boy or girl?: Most boys continue to grow until about age 18, occ. to 21, whereas most girls stop growing about 2 years after starting to have menstrual periods. Thus, with rare exceptions, most girls can't grow at age 16 but most boys can. Boys should take a good multivitamin, enough sleep and see http://www.Thebodywellusa.Com/blog/dr-mike-carraghers-top-10-ways-to-increase-your-human-growth-hormone-hgh-levels
