I had ankle fusion back in 1997 . now i'm hurting more everyday . what happen after 15 yrs and having a lot pain ?

Arthritis: Assuming the ankle fusion healed well, and you really haven't had too many symptoms until recently, the most likely cause is surrounding arthritis in other foot joints. There could be complications of the hardware, however, and a visit to a specialist and x-rays are warranted.
