Pregnant: spotting: Retroverted positionwill change at about 16-18 weeks because of the sacral promentory (back bone) which limits where the top of the uterus can be, and pushes it forward. This will cause the typical "baby bump". Brown discharge is not because of the forward movement of the uterus, and should be investigated by a health professional.
