Low TSH: Depending on the lab used the TSH level should be approximately 0.4 - 4.5. Thyroid abnormalities should be addressed prior to conception as abnormalities can affect pregnancy outcome. Good luck.

Varies: The TSH should be in the normal range and if not then the free T3 (liothyronine) and free T4 should be within normal limits.
