It is easy!: Good morning, that is an interesting question. I would say that it is just like a python with a small mouth being able to swallow a large rabbit - the jaw can be opened widely, and the opening of mouth can be stretched sufficiently. That is what the surgeons do - they use instruments to keep the jaw open and stretch the cheeks wide enough. With new techniques, laser surgery hardly needs any space.
