Possibly: Your lips and cheeks are held in position by your teeth. When your teeth are missing, they will tuck in and look more wrinkly and flabby. If you have 2 teeth removed, it really depends on their location and how many other full size, healthy teeth you have in your mouth whether you will notice your mouth/jaw looking smaller and weird.

No.: Your jaw will not look smaller, but depending on where the teeth are (front or back) it can cause the lip to look different.

Possibly: Depends on which teeth and whether they are both in the same area. Remember that missing teeth are replaceable. Talk your concerns over with your Dentist who can discuss treatment alternatives.
