Steroid creams: Treatment for bed bug rashes: 1. Remove the source of the problem - the bed bugs by exterminating. 2. Steroid creams on the rash work well. Prescription creams are stronger and more effective than over the counter creams. 3. Antihistamines relieve the itch.
