Depends: If they are tiny spots will dissapper with time with local care, warm soaks and skin lotions. If scars are keloids very little could be done to eliminate.

Improve NOT remove: It is possible to improve scars but nearly impossible to remove scars. This requires an assessment of thickness, width, depth, color, texture, location, direction, behavior, adjacent/adherent tissues etc. Depending on the evaluation, an apporopriate intervention(s) is prescribed or recommended. Techniques used may inlcude excision, incision, flap/graft, rearrangement, resurfacing, laser, etc.
