I have been getting these water blisters on my lips for years now. i know they aren't cold sores because they aren't contagious. i need a solution!?

Herpes?: Water blister on lips are most likely herpes type 1 which is contagious. To see if this is the case please see your doctor. A simple test can tell you. By the way there is no cure for herpes.
