Not rising normally: Your HCG levels are not rising appropriately. The ultrasound showing a baby is a good sign but the heart rate is a little on the low side. There are times when everything turns out ok so keep the faith. The. Ost common reason for early miscarriage are genetic issues. The only way to know is if you did miscarry and they did a D&C and sent tissue for genetic studies.
