Assuming heart: When doing an echocardiogram (heart ultrasound) different areas of the heart's walls are described. So hypokinetic septum describes how the septum moves. The septum is the muscular wall between the 2 pumping chambers (ventricles). Hypokinetic means decreased motion. So this means the septum's motion is decreased. This can be caused by many things. The cardiologist can explain the reasons for you.
