Can be angina: You have to rule coronary aetery disease first. Especially if you are menopausal. Menopausal women have the same risk of CAD as men there age. I would first go for an echocardiogram and thallium stress test first. If they are negative , i would order thoracic and lumbar MRI to rule out discogenic cause of rib , lower back pain, and hip pain.
