Is it possible to get accurate results day of sex with faint results -confirmed at clinic- or impossible to get results that soon and further along?

Not really, but...: Results of a urine pregnancy test or blood pregnancy test will give a result, but the result will not show what happened that same day. It can be a positive result if a person got pregnant 2-3 weeks earlier.
