Doubt your statement: The vagina creates mucus from its inner walls & that mucus contains sugar/proteins that readily support germ growth/survival. The metabolism of germ survival creates gasses that smell. If you have been evaluated they did so for germs that would be threatening or easily eradicated, however there are common benign germs that can persist just like the millions on your skin surface at any one moment.
