Mainly tiredness : It is a major surgery. Even with uncomplicated course it takes a while, about 6 weeks to feel completely normal. You can be tired and short of breath. May need tablets to get rid of water. Some people develop severe inflammation around heart and lungs called post cardiotomy syndrome that may require treatment. You may also develop heart rhythm problems that need treatment.
