Alzheimer's: Donepezil is indicated for alzheimer's disease, and can have many potential side effects, including nausea and vomiting, weight loss, diarrhea, fainting, heart complications such as abnormal rhythms and slowing of heart beat, rarely stomach ulcers. However, usually quite well tolerated and safe.
