No: Just as life comes from another life, a hepatitis b virus comes from another hepatitis b virus. The same goes for other hepatitis viruses. Someday, scientists may be able to create the various parts of a hepatitis virus in the laboratory, and then throw them together to let them self-assemble... But that's a scary thought.

Replication: These viruses replicate and are transferred from person to person, often through blood or other body fluids. They do not spontaneuosly generate. They also aren't passed by casual contact (touching) or by coughs or sneezes.
