My past 2 menstrual cycles have been 3 weeks long each and very heavy. i am 31 years old and not on bc. should i be concerned?

Anemia: Consider the pill to help the bleeding, you may be getting anemic. At least get on some iron but go in and see doc. When the anemia hits u it may be all of a sudden, then dizzy, then out; not fun.
