It sounds like...: ...the menstrual lining didn't complete shed during your 8/15 menstrual period. What remains is coming out in fits & starts. This is common in menstrual cycles during which ovulation DOESN'T occur. If this happens to you repeatedly and/or your pelvic pain between periods hasn't been evaluated, you should make an appointment with your Gyno. Best wishes. Dr. Anne.
