Make Sure: Make sure they are migraines by seeing your doctor.Then consider ways to control them, probably thru some sort of medications either as needed or preventatively.

Deviated septum: He would need to be evaluated by a neurologist but he may have a deviated septum or nasal bone spurs that are triggering the migraines. Nasal sprays can decrease the intranasal inflammation and potentially decrease the symptoms. Again i suggest you consult a neurologist for a full evaluation.
