After suffering from an ocular motor migraine yesterday. i'm having trouble standing up. what should i do?

Keep well hydrated, take Ibuprofen and please see urgent care with IV capability or the Emergency room. There are medications available to control the symptoms. Please see a physician soon.

Not clear what you mean by "ocular motor" migraine. Do you possess actually Hemiplegic Migraine, which would explain difficulty with standing and ambulating? However, if not, you should be suspicious of a stroke, especially if you smoke and take BCP's. Go to ER or Urgent Care Center and get evaluated.
