Vision: Doubt floater as they generally move through site. If fixed needs further evaluation. Suggest retinal problem.

Floater: If a floater yes, it could be stuck in the bursa pre macular is area. Many times will move away or you will get used to it. But it could be from something else more serious. So go see an ophthalmologist.
