Mult. Manifestations: Decrease in vision, altered color perception, double vision, visual field abnormalities, proptosis, pupilary response defects, just to name a few. This pt. Needs to see a neuro-opthalmologist for evaluation and appropriate testing(ct/mri, vf, etc.) asap.

Visual field defects: As the tumor compresses the optic nerve, there will be a visual field defects. This can be in one eye if it happens before the optic chiasm or in both eyes if it happens after the chiasm. If there is any visual field defects, the tumor should be removed.
