Depends on insurance: It depends on the insurance coverage you have and where the surgery is being done. If you have medical insurance then you are only responsible for the copayment after you have met your deductible. Your portion will be higher if the surgery is done in the hospital and less if done in the office. Your cost can range between $0 to couple thousand dollars, if done at hospital and you have no insurance.
