Now. Yes. Don't be.: Chalazion is a blockage of a meibomian gland, a granulomatous condition not an infection per se. Should be able to wear make up unless you were told not too. If there is an underlying low level infection of your eyelids that should be treated. Hordeolum is a different story and may need treatment with antibiotics. Exercise is perfectly fine.
