I am a 26 male. i am a brittle diabetic and i have severe neuropathy and charcot in the right ankle. what are my option for surgery or treatment?

Depends: On stage/phase of charcot and severity of deformity. In acute inflammatory stage, need complete non-weightbearing and immobilization to prevent further damage. In the chronic/cool phase, bracing, orthotics and /or surgical intervention are options. Of coure, you diabetic control and health are important factors.
