FIRST RESPONSE Early: Result pregnancy test is reported to detect HCG up to 6 days prior to your anticipated period. 2 lines = pregnant ; 1 line = not pregnant. The intensity of the color usually is not of significance if the test is read within the directed time period. If you read some forms of pregnancy test after too long a period - an evaporation line could develop.
