Hydrate &eat healthy: It is important to hydrate not just after exercise, but actually before and during as well. Electrolyte containing fluids (gatorade or similar) or water rehydration is recommended. As far as your next meal is concerned, follow your usual routine- just remember to eat balanced and healthy meals to complement your exercise routine.
