Maybe some OCP's: Breast cysts form in response to the hormonal changes during monthly menstrual cycles. The cysts are the cumulative result of years of cycles, so symptoms increase over the years and resolve after menopause. Some oral contraceptive pills may help by altering the hormonal balance. The other "causes" listed on the internet (animal fat, sugar, caffeine, carbohydrates, emotions, etc...) are unproven.

Breast cysts ?'s: Since breast tissue is stimulated by increasing the levels of estrogen, which happens in women past 30, you might ask your gyn physician about low dose oral bcp's, which "turn off" ovarian estrogen, and can diminish "fibrocystic disease" of the breasts. This will also tend to make mammography more clear when appropriate later.
