See a urologist now: Your symptoms could be from a few things, topping my list is a testicular mass given the type of symptoms and your age. This could also be something benign like a hydrocele, but do not wait to see a urologist about it. A urologist must examine you as well as perform a testicular ultrasound to make sure the testicle is alright and if any further work up/surgery is recommended.
