Means nothing.: Urine is not actually hot. It is body temperature. Sensation of hot urine usually signifies irritation of the urethra or surrounding structures. This may be an early sign of a urinary tract infection but just as likely is nothing. It is not a symptom of pregnancy. But if you have been having unprotected sex and you are a menstruating female pregnancy is always a possibility.
