Core exercise : Core exercises are those that strengthen the trunk. These include exercises such as the "plank", "side plank"" , "bridge". All are designed to strengthen the abs, obliques, and back muscles to help with that upright posture. Another is low rows that focus on rhomboids in the upper back. Most important is body awareness -just making a conscious effort yo stand / sit tall.
