Recommend no: An abnormal curvature of the penis (it is usually upward) may indicate 'Peyronie's Disease', a condition possibly due to scarring, or previous trauma. Is the erection painful? I rec'd you see a Urologist. 'Exercise' may make the condition worse

Erect penis has a bend downward of about 30 degrees with the bend taking place about a 1/3 from the base of the penis, and can comfortably be bent straight except when fully erect. is this something like pyrones disease or something else?
