No call your Dr.: Fever is a common "reaction" to immunizations in a 2 month old. Diarrhea and vomiting are usually not associated with immunizations. Your baby should be talking breast milk, formula, or as advised pedialyte. Make sure your baby is having frequent urinations, count the stools, save one in the diaper to show your pediatrician. Unless you infant is listless, not peeing normal see your dr. Not er.
