Not required, but...: A good idea. If you are unconscious and found bleeding, there are antidotes to coumadin, (warfarin) fresh frozen plasma and vitamin k to reverse it. So a good idea to wear a bracelet, especially if you are on it long term, like with a prosthetic heart valve or chronic atrial fibrillation.
